Metal Shell and Related Components

Connector shells and external components are constructed from precision-machined brass, stainless steel, or aluminium. Standard metal-shell connector bodies are fabricated from nickel-plated brass with an attractive natural chrome or black chrome finish. Internal metal components, such as cable clamps and guides, are machined from brass and finished with chemical nickel plating.

For special applications, we can provide some or all internal and external metal parts in stainless steel (Type 316L).

Other material and surface treatments are available on request
